The stated prices are in EURO, and the prices are per person in a double cabin, including tax.

The prices have been calculated based on the expenses valid at the time they were prepared.

In the event of fuel prices, exchange rate fluctuations, and similar price changes,

we reserve the right to make changes to the above prices. In the program,

for any changes arising from the cruise ship, transfer, etc. service providers we specify (times, ports, etc.), Tayga Tour is not responsible and reserves the right to make changes and adjustments without disrupting the overall structure and content of the program. To participate in the tour program, a passport valid for at least 6 months is required.

Those with a Cyprus stamp in their passport cannot enter Greece. Tour cancellation terms and other provisions remain valid as in our contract.

NOTES AND THINGS TO KNOW

  The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant Cruises company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.

  The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to service fees and tips. Any possible price increase will be reflected to guests who purchase the tour.

  If deemed necessary, the operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it may change the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille or vice versa.

  The documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

  Guests are responsible for their own belongings during airport and port transfers, as well as round-trip transfers between the airport and the port. No agency representative, guide, or driver is authorized to take custody of luggage and cannot be held responsible in any way.

  Of the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and each male passenger who wishes to dine there must have at least one suit, and female passengers must have at least 1 evening dress.

  THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ROUTE AND THE TIMES AT THE PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

  The content stated in the program flow is for illustrative purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour content.

  During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are usually predetermined and numbered by name depending on the cruise company, while in some cruise companies there will be open seating. On ships with predetermined tables, everyone will sit at the predetermined tables from the first day dinner to the last day dinner, and guests who wish may also have their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship's authorized personnel.

  When checking in to the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card to the cruise reception or make a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is for the expenses you will incur on the ship during the cruise after checking in. You will be able to make your onboard purchases (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) with the magnetic cards that will be given to you by the cruise reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.

  At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.

  Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day of the ship. This is due to the congestion and crowding, and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on your first day of boarding, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small handbag and carry them with you.

  Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At the ports, boarding must be completed no later than 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

  At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave it in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST EACH OF OUR GUESTS TO TAKE THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.

  Even if their passport is still valid, passports older than 10 years are not used for travel abroad.

  Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the tour end date.

  Your passport must not be torn or worn.

  The relevant visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the selling agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.

  ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. 

  We recommend that our guests enable international use on their mobile phones.

  On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region they sail in. On the first day of the ship, you can deposit cash and by credit card to your room account from the ATMs on board.

  For all programs, the minimum participation number is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.

  Cancellation conditions are stated separately in the content of the relevant program for each program. 

  The ship captain has the right to disembark guests who physically assault or insult ship employees during the tour. In such a case, no refund is made to the passenger.
