. Tilava huone, mukava sänky ja pehmeät lakanat. Äänieristys hyvä. Shuttlebus vie terminal 1 ja 3 joka tunti. Oikein hyvä iltabufet 100aed naapuri hotellissa . Ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvä 1- 2 yötä ennen/ jälkeen lentoa Metro lähellä noin 600m Pääsee suoraan keskustaan 10min.. Tulisin uudestaan. Huone oli todella kylmä , lämmitys ei toiminut, piti sammuttaa condition kokonaan. Suihkussa ei ole tilaa pyyhkeille. Lavuari sängyn vieressä ..

Poor. Airport shuttle service. Bathroom in room was crazy. Left side there was shower area and right side WC which is divided at the center making it separate rooms. But these two separate rooms doesn’t have door of their own. When you rotate WC door to left it covers shower room and rotating right covers WC. Felt really weird about this set up. And in shower area just the high shower is fixed but no hand shower available neither shower caps were provided. Very poor arrangements especially when you are sharing the room with family and kids around. Cherry on the top, there are some unfriendly people at the reception who feels like they are doing charity to people. Whether they can fulfil one’s request or not, it is minimum courtesy to hear out what the customer is telling instead of responding rudely. Felt male receptionists are unfit to attend customers there than female receptionists. In fact people at the cafe, person greeting at entrance are far more civilised..

I WILL DO THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN. Everything especially the staff I have NEVER EVER BEEN THIS WELCOMED when i arrived Ahmad and su did an amazing job welcomed me and made me feel at home I’m very well travelled and this one of the Best service I have ever received not forgotten Alberto was excellent at his job the next I really had a good time I will never forget this. No coffee, but cockroaches. Location to the airport is good. Took a ridiculous amount of time to check in, mainly because they kept serving people who were cutting the queue. There is no coffee in the rooms. They have tea, but are clearly saving money so there is no coffee. We also saw 2 cockroaches in our room. They did offer to move us ro a new room, however we had already moved once due to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that was in the 'non-smoking' room we had first that we didn't want to move again. The layout of the shower and toilet is weird, and they, provide literally the bare minimum provisions in the hotel room. . For the cost we paid I expected much better. Honestly, there are a lot of airport hotels, give this one a miss..

. La grandeur de la chambre La piscine chauffée. D’être oblige de traverser tout l’hôtel et l’autre hôtel pour pouvoir monter à la piscine. Pareil pour manger le soir il faut aller dans l’autre hotel.
