Reception,breakfast area,concierge,all great!!. The hotel has amazing support team especially Ahmed at the reception and guys at the breakfast area which all the kudos goes to the guy helped me knowing the location of each kind of foods,drinks,pastries and other stuff... i really recommend this hotel to anyone whose looking for a luxurious view at their room window at a bargain price even if the room had some plenty things missing at the day of check-in but overall,everything goes fine!!. .

Never come back !. The elevator is not working, you should wait 20 minutes to get the elevator with 20 people stinking inside. Rooms are old and dirty. Rooms next door are noisy. .

A Home Away from Home – Amazing Staff & Atmosphere 🌟. I stayed for a week with my daughter and spent most of our time at Al Fresco and Cappuccino. From the very first day, the staff made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. They took care of us so kindly that it felt just like home. The team is always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything – whether it was a quick coffee, a relaxed meal, or just making sure my little one was comfortable. The service was consistently warm and personal, not just professional. My daughter felt at ease, which says a lot about how family-friendly the atmosphere is here. Both places have a lovely vibe – Al Fresco with its cozy dining and delicious food, and Cappuccino with its freshly brewed coffee and calm ambiance. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or even alone, the environment is welcoming for all age groups. A special thank you to the entire staff – they went above and beyond every single day. Mixed feelings on this one. Ok not sure where to start, I arrived, was allocated a disability room, I do not hv a disability, I feel as I was solo they would give me the worst room. I got my room changed the next day to a normal room the concierge desk I found to be unhelpful and tbh rude. The lifts are the slowest to arrive, I wish they had stairs to use. Breakfast well what can I say, never known a 5 star hotel to say no to a simple request. On the menu it says you can order hash browns as I don't eat eggs or meat i was limited so I asked for hash browns and was told no. I would understand if they did not do them but they are on the menu!!! Location wise was great. Cleanliness was great. Staff little bit rude, the security people top of escalator and rude, maybe training in a greeting or a smile would benefit them. Guys at the entrance are really good, rest of staff could learn from them.. .

A hotel you should always book!. Brilliant location, friendly staff, and a great value for money! The rooms are clean, spacious, and have vibrant city view. Will definitely go back!. .

Will not be back. Lost our money ,as we didn't have a physical passport, had on our phone and driving licence but the answer was no ! Staying our a Bab al Bher and thought it would be nice for a night in the city and enjoy the next day but after doing two things we are on our way back , I can't see on the hotel policy anything about passport!!. .
