Abendrezeption viel zu unerfahren. Das Service-Personal am Abend (Rezeption) war sehr Jung und unerfahren. Konnte keine richtige Auskunft geben und mir nicht weiterhelfen (nicht mal ein Taxi bestellen!!)
obwohl ich die Landessprache beherrsche.
Es herrscht gier SEHR großer Schulungsbedarf für die junge Belegschaft der Abend und Nachtschicht. Das war definitiv kein(!) 4 Sterne Niveau.. .

. Burada yaklaşık 4 defa konakladım hepsi çok iyiydi temiz güler yüzlü çalışan otopark vale imkanı gibi. Fakat son konaklamamda yan oda inanılmaz derecede gürültülüydü. Sanki ünirveristeye yeni başlayan öğrenci topluluğu gibi bol kahkaha ve gürültüden gece 3 e kadar yatamadım. Resepsiyona söylememe rağmen gürültü kesilmedi. Yani kısacası yatamadım. Yarın ki toplantımda ve gün içinde yorgunluk beni çok etkiledi. Başka boş oda da yoktu. Bu yüzden yıldız puanı kırdım. .
