Service Agreement

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This service agreement regulates the terms and conditions regarding travel services concluded between TaygaTour and the customer.

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been concluded between TaygaTour (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) and the person receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

2. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The Agency undertakes to organize the tour, accommodation, and transfer services requested by the customer. The scope of the service is within the program determined at the time of reservation.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The full amount of the reservation must be paid before the service starts. The reservation becomes final after payment is completed.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation conditions vary according to the type of service purchased and the start date. Please contact TaygaTour for detailed information.

5. LIABILITY

TaygaTour is responsible for the quality of the services it provides. It cannot be held responsible for changes arising from force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, and political obstacles.
