1. Purpose and Scope This policy has been prepared to establish the procedures and principles regarding the protection of personal data collected, processed, and retained by Tayga Tourism Special Health Services Joint Stock Company ("Company") within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and relevant secondary legislation. Our company undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your data.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed Within the scope of our company’s activities, the following data categories are processed:
- Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, passport number (for foreign guests), date of birth.
- Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, residence address.
- Financial Data: Bank account information, credit card (limited only to the collection process), invoice and payment records.
- Sensitive Personal Data: Medical history shared within the scope of health services, allergy information, or disability status (only with explicit consent or to the extent permitted by legislation).
- Digital Data: Website traffic data, IP address, and cookie records.
4. Purposes of Data Processing Your personal data are processed in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty for the following purposes:
- Carrying out tourism and travel reservations (hotel, flight, transfer, etc.).
- Planning and managing private health services and consultation processes.
- Fulfilling legal obligations (TÜRSAB, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, etc.).
- Tracking contractual processes and carrying out customer satisfaction activities.
5. Transfer of Data Your personal data may be transferred, in cases necessary for the performance of the service, to our business partners (hotels, airlines), insurance companies, authorized public institutions and organizations, and our IT infrastructure providers as data processors in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6. Data Retention and Security Your personal data are retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing. At the end of the period, your data are destroyed by secure methods. Our company uses modern encryption and firewall methods against cyberattacks and unauthorized access.
7. Rights of the Data Subject By applying to our Company pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK;
- To learn whether your data are being processed,
- To request information if they have been processed,
- To request correction of incorrect data,
- You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of data.
