NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid for only one child staying with 2 adults, matching the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide commentary, and not including museum or historical site entries. Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be completed on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

01 Sabiha Gökçen – Belgrade
Meeting with our valued guests at least 3 hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Belgrade with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF ** at **. Arrival at ** local time. After our arrival, departure from the airport and city tour. In our Belgrade city tour, one of the oldest cities in Europe and known as the White City, sights to be seen include the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded for the sake of the conquest at the point where the Sava River meets the Danube River, but whose conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, Kale Meydan, Taş Meydan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the conqueror of the Morea, and the Bayrakli Mosque. Then free time. Guests who wish may join our Tito – Tesla tour, which our guide will arrange as an extra. On this tour, we will visit the museumized grave of Josip Broz Tito, the legendary president of Yugoslavia. Then we will visit the museum of the Serbian inventor Nikola Tesla and have the chance to examine his inventions. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Serbian Night Tour with Dinner, which our guide will arrange as an extra. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

02 Belgrade
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join our Novi Sad – Sremski Karlovci & Indjija Outlet tour, which will be arranged as an extra by our guide. We set off by our private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland. During our visit, we will see the 4-door venue where the treaty was signed, as well as the square, the Fountain of the Four Lions, and the historic Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we continue on our way, and along the route we will see the Belgrade Gate, the Clock Tower, the Upper Town, the Long Barracks, and Leopold’s Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then we arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. Economically, it is the most developed region of Serbia, and its capital is Novi Sad. Upon arrival, we begin our tour. During the walking tour we will take here, Freedom Square, the National Theater, Dunavska Street and the riverside, the Statue of Svetozar Miletić, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox St. George’s Cathedral, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue are among the places to be seen panoramically. After free time, transfer to our hotel at the end of our tour. On the return journey, we stop by Indjija Outlet and give free time. Afterwards, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

03 Belgrade – Sabiha Gökçen
After breakfast, the rooms will be vacated and there will be free time until the time determined by our guide. Then we depart for Belgrade Airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, we take AJET Airlines’ VF ** scheduled flight to Sabiha Gökçen Airport at **. Arrival at ** local time, and the end of our tour.
