NOTES
***Our Tour Program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts included in the tour program’s services and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a continental breakfast with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entries. Tayga Tour is not responsible if these panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons such as being disallowed by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the way before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
01 Ankara - Baku
Esenboğa Airport, in the international departures terminal, we meet with our valued guests at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight to Baku at ***. Arrival in Baku at local time ***. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the airport to begin our city tour. We start our Baku city tour. We begin our city tour with İçeri Şeher (Old City), which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. After reaching the Old City, our first visit point is the Shirvanshah Palace, built in the 15th century by Ibrahim Khalilullah. Then the Maiden Tower, which has a 2500-year history, and the Juma Mosque are among the main sites we will see. Afterwards, we complete our city tour by seeing the Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais. After our city tour, guests who wish may participate in the Azerbaijan night (70 eur) organized by our guide as an extra. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

02 Baku
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Absheron Peninsula tour, which our guide will arrange as an extra (70 Euro). Among the main places we will visit on the Absheron Peninsula, we will see the Ateshgah Architectural Complex, one of the three Magi (Zoroastrian) Temples in the world. This highly interesting structure, whose fire inside has never gone out for centuries, is one of the main pilgrimage sites according to the Magi faith. After our visit to Ateshgah, we will visit the volcano that the famous traveler Marco Polo called the "Land of Fire." The volcano exists on a total area of 65 hectares and has been burning for centuries due to the natural gas coming from underground. After completing our tour, guests who wish may join the Caspian Boat tour (50 euro), which our guide will arrange as an extra. Then we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

03 Baku
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time. Our guests who wish can join our Gobustan & Haydar Aliyev Museum tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide (90 Euro). We set off towards Gobustan, located 70 km south of Baku, the richest region of Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Gobustan, located near the Caspian Sea, on the old Shirvan road, is also known as an open-air museum. Here, with its carved rocks and inscribed stones, it provides important information about social life, hunting, animals, and vegetation in the prehistoric and Middle Ages periods throughout the world; afterward, we carry out our Haydar Aliyev Museum tour. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

04 Baku – Ankara
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, vacate the rooms. Free time until the time indicated by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Istanbul on the scheduled flight of *** airline ***. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at *** local time, and the end of our tour.
