Istanbul - Doha
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight. After completing our ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we check in for our scheduled Qatar Airways flight to Doha. We then depart Istanbul at 20:05 on flight QR246. You can enjoy the onboard catering services during our comfortable flight. Our journey continues toward Doha, the capital of Qatar, around midnight. We arrive in Doha at 00:10 local time. There will be a short transfer period after arrival. We wait at the airport for our next flight. Overnight on the plane
02 Ubud
Doha - Bali - Ubud
During the night, we depart from Doha for Bali at 03:05 on flight QR962. After a pleasant flight over the Indian Ocean, we arrive on the island of Bali, one of Indonesia’s most popular tourism destinations. Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport at 17:35 local time. After passport and baggage procedures, we are welcomed by our guide. We then depart for the Ubud region, known as Bali’s cultural and artistic center. Along the way, tropical vegetation, rice terraces, and traditional Balinese villages can be seen. After arriving at our hotel and settling into our rooms, free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
03 Ubud

After breakfast at the hotel, your day will begin with free time. Ubud is a region famous for Bali’s art galleries, handicraft workshops, and natural beauty. Guests who wish may join the Sacred Monkey Forest and Temples Tour with Lunch, which will be organized as an optional extra (USD 85 per person). As part of this tour, the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary will be visited, followed by a nature walk through this mystical forest, home to hundreds of monkeys. Afterwards, some temples that are important examples of Balinese Hindu architecture will be explored. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the tour. A short shopping and photo stop will be made in central Ubud. Return to the hotel after the tour and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
04 Bali

Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Bangli - Bali Breezes Tour with lunch (USD 95 per person). During our tour, Penglipuran Village, famous for its traditional architecture, will be visited, offering an opportunity to become closely acquainted with Bali’s local way of life. Afterwards, Pura Kehen Temple, one of Bali’s historic and sacred temples, will be explored. The tour will continue with a photo stop at Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali’s natural wonders. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in the Bali area. Check-in at the hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
05 Bali
Bali
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Bali is one of the world's most popular holiday destinations with its white sandy beaches, tropical nature, and cultural heritage. Guests who wish may join the additionally organized Nusa Penida Island Tour with Lunch (95 USD per person). We transfer to the harbor in the early morning and travel by boat to the island of Nusa Penida. During our island tour, Kelingking Beach, famous for its spectacular view, will be visited. Afterwards, natural formations such as Broken Beach and Angel's Billabong will be seen. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the tour. Return to Bali and transfer to the hotel at the end of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
06 Phuket
Bali - Phuket
After breakfast, we transfer to Denpasar Airport in our private vehicle waiting for us. After our journey with local airlines, upon arrival in Phuket, we head to our hotel in our waiting vehicle. We begin the Panoramic Phuket City Tour. This is a very enjoyable Phuket tour where you can see many things in a short time. In addition to beautiful scenic viewpoints, you will have the opportunity to visit Wat Chalong, one of Thailand’s most famous temples, and take magnificent photos. From there, we ascend Big Buddha Hill, located at the highest point of Phuket and offering spectacular views. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Free time for the rest of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
07 Phuket
Phuket
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Phuket is Thailand’s largest island and is famous for its tropical nature and beaches. Guests who wish may join the Elephant Safari Tour, organized as an optional extra (40 USD Per Person). During this tour, you can enjoy a pleasant safari experience through the island’s tropical forests. You will have the opportunity to discover the region’s wildlife and exotic vegetation up close. Photo stops will be made during the tour. After the safari, you will return to the hotel. You can spend the rest of the day on Phuket’s beaches or go shopping. Overnight at our hotel.
08 Phuket
Phuket
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the Phi Phi Islands Tour organized as an extra (70 USD Per Person). In the morning, we depart by speedboat towards Phi Phi Islands. During the tour, the Maya Bay area, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, will be visited. Swimming breaks will be given at these islands, famous for their turquoise sea and white sandy beaches. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the day. Free time will be provided to take nature photographs and enjoy the sea. Return to Phuket and transfer to the hotel at the end of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
09 spending
Singapore - Istanbul
Following breakfast at the hotel, your day will begin with free time. At the time determined by our guide, transfer to Phuket International Airport. Following check-in and passport procedures, we depart from Phuket to Doha at 23:50 on flight QR841. Arrival in Doha at 02:50 local time. We then depart from Doha to Istanbul at 07:45 on flight QR239. After approximately four hours of flight, we arrive in Istanbul at 12:20. Following baggage and passport procedures, our tour comes to an end.

Important information
- Intermediary Status and Liability: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Tayga Tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take the flight. The new round-trip flight tickets and regional transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Program and Dining: The excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be held on other days than those indicated. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Extra tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Tayga Tour is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted when weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extras in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route will be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and luggage of participants are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as foldaway beds and coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are under the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required parental consent documents with them during the trip.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
