NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults - within the applicable age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Tayga Tour is not responsible for the failure to conduct the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, in cases where the places to be visited are not permitted to be toured or entered by local authorities at the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the extra excursion may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and the weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
01 Ankara (ESB) – Belgrade
Esenboğa Airport International Departures terminal, meet our valued guests at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Belgrade on AJET airline’s scheduled VF ** flight at **. Arrival at ** local time. After our arrival, depart from the airport and take a city tour. In our Belgrade city tour, one of Europe’s oldest cities and known as the White City, the sights to be seen include Belgrade Fortress, a supply center of the Ottoman navy located at the point where the Sava River meets the Danube River, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded for the sake of conquest but whose capture was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, Kalemegdan, Tašmajdan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, conqueror of Morea, and Bayraklı Mosque. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Dinner Serbian Night Tour, organized as an extra by our guide. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

02 Belgrade
Morning free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join our Novi Sad - Sremski Karlovci tour, organized as an extra by our guide. We set off by private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. During our visit, the 4-door venue where the treaty was signed, and apart from this, the square, the Four Lions Fountain, and the historic Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. After a coffee break, we continue on our way and along the road we will see Belgrade Gate, the Clock Tower, the upper city, the Long Barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then we arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. It is the most economically developed region of Serbia and its capital is Novi Sad. Following our arrival, we begin our tour. During the walking tour we will do here, Freedom Square, the National Theatre, Danube Street and the riverfront, the Statue of Svetozar Miletić, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue are among the places to be seen panoramically. After free time, transfer to our hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

03 Belgrade
After breakfast, free time for the entire day. Guests who wish can join the Danube River boat tour organized as an extra by our guide. In the tour we start by boat, beginning our sightseeing of Belgrade with a magnificent view from the point where the Sava and Danube rivers meet. During the tour, passing under Belgrade Castle, Kale Meydan, the Orthodox Church, and numerous bridges, and continuing on a magnificent tour where stories from Belgrade's famous history are narrated, you will witness wonderful views of the city as you pass by Ada Ciganlija and Great War Island. After the 1.5-hour boat tour, free time. Alternatively, guests who wish can join the Avala & Zemun & Tito's Grave & Tesla Museum tour organized as an extra by our guide. Overnight at our hotel.

04 Belgrade – Ankara (ESB)
After breakfast, the rooms will be vacated and there will be free time until the time to be determined by our guide. Then we head to Belgrade Airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Ankara on AJET airline’s VF ** scheduled flight. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at ** local time, and the end of our tour.
