NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** 3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable beds and so-called coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site admissions. Tayga Tour is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at an available rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
01 Istanbul (IST) - Belgrade
İstanbul New Airport International Departures terminal, meeting with our valued guests at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure to Belgrade at the scheduled time of the Turkish airline's TK ** flight. Arrival at ** local time. After our arrival, departure from the airport and city tour. In our Belgrade city tour, one of the oldest cities in Europe and known as the White City, the sites to be seen include Belgrade Fortress, where the Sava River meets the Danube River and where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded in his efforts, but whose conquest came to Suleiman the Magnificent, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman navy; Kalemegdan, Terazije, Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the conqueror of Morea, and the Bayrakli Mosque. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Dinner Serbian Night Tour, which will be arranged as an extra by our guide. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

02 Belgrade
Morning free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join our Novi Sad-Sremski Karlovci tour, which our guide will organize as an extra. We are departing by private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. During our visit, the 4-door venue where the agreement was signed and, besides this, the square, the Four Lions Fountain, and the historic Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. After a coffee break, we continue on our way, and along the route we will see the Belgrade Gate, Clock Tower, Upper Town, Long Barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then we arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. Economically, it is the most developed region of Serbia, and its capital is Novi Sad. Following our arrival, we begin our tour. During the walking tour we will do here, Freedom Square, the National Theatre, Danube Street and the riverfront, the Statue of Svetozar Miletić, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue are among the places to be seen panoramically. After free time, transfer to our hotel at the end of our tour. Overnight at our hotel.

03 Belgrade
After breakfast, free time for the entire day. Guests who wish may join the Danube River boat tour organized as an optional extra by our guide. On the boat tour, we begin our sightseeing of Belgrade with a magnificent view from the point where the Sava and Danube rivers meet. Throughout the tour, passing under Belgrade Fortress, Castle Square, Orthodox Church, and many bridges, you will witness stunning views of the city as the stories of Belgrade’s famous history are told, continuing past Ada Ciganlija and Great War Island. After the 1.5-hour boat tour, free time. Alternatively, guests who wish may join the Avala & Zemun & Tito’s Grave & Tesla Museum tour organized as an optional extra by our guide. Overnight at our hotel.

04 Belgrade - Istanbul (IST)
After breakfast, the rooms will be vacated and you will have free time until the time determined by our guide. Then we head to Belgrade Airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK **. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at ** local time and the end of our tour.
