01 Tokyo
ISTANBUL –DUBAI – TOKYO
We meet at Istanbul Airport’s international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we depart for Dubai at 23:20 on Emirates Airlines flight EK118. After our transfer upon arrival at 04:50 local time, we proceed for our flight to Tokyo at 07:45 on Emirates Airlines flight EK312. We spend the night on the plane.

TOKYO
After arriving at 22:25 local time, we transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting for us. After checking in to the hotel, free time to rest.
03 Tokyo
TOKYO – SHIBUYA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we depart for a Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). To feel Tokyo’s energy, seeing hundreds of people move all at once with every change of the lights offers a unique experience. We will also see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. In addition, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower are among the places we will see panoramically during our tour. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
04 Tokyo
TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA– GINZA - TOKYO
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel with our private vehicle. First, we go to Sensoji Temple, which was built in 645 and is the oldest temple in Tokyo, and has been considered one of Tokyo's most important religious centers since the Edo period. After our tour here, we go to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the time we will spend for shopping, we move on to Ginza, which we can describe as the area reflecting the sophisticated side and elegance of Modern Japan. After the tour we will make in the area filled with world-famous brands, Tokyo’s largest shopping centers, and the best restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. Transfer to our hotel at the time indicated by our guide and free time to rest.
05 Tokyo
TOKYO – MT. FUJI – HAKONE BOAT – OSHINO HAKKAI - TOKYO
After our breakfast, we set off to go to Mount Fuji, located on Honshu Island, southwest of Tokyo, one of the city’s symbols and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we head to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its view of Mount Fuji and natural beauty. We board the cable cars from the point we will reach with a boat trip on Lake Ashinoko, accompanied by the unique view of Mount Fuji, and climb to the Mototsumiya Shrine observation hill. After our photo break, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. As the waters pass through volcanic rocks, they are naturally filtered, making the pools crystal clear. These pools, formed by waters of varying sizes and depths, allow you to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our tour with our guide, we set off toward Gotemba Premium Outlet Shopping Center, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping malls. Transfer to our hotel at the time determined by our guide and free time to rest.
06 Osaka
TOKYO – (SHINKANSEN) – DOTONBORİ – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel at the time determined by our guide and head to the train station for our world-famous Shinkansen (high-speed train) journey to Osaka. We are only taking our daily essentials with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Osaka hotel by the transfer company arranged by our firm.) After approximately a 2.5-hour journey by high-speed train, which can reach speeds of up to about 320 km/h, we arrive in Osaka. We will take our city tour of Osaka, Japan’s second-largest metropolitan area after Tokyo. During our tour, the Umeda Sky Building, consisting of two structures each 173 meters long, will be among the places seen. The Umeda Sky Building consists of two 173-meter-high, 40-story towers. These towers are connected at the top by an “observatory platform.” During our tour, we will go up to the observatory on the 39th floor and enjoy panoramic views of Osaka. After the Umeda Sky Building, we head to the Dotonbori district, which gained fame in the Edo Period for theater stages and performing arts and has today become a lively and entertaining tourist attraction blending traditional Japanese culture with a modern sense of entertainment. Osaka is known as Japan’s culinary capital, and the Dotonbori area is full of restaurants that live up to that title. After the pleasant free time allocated in the area, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

OSAKA – ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - OSAKA
After our breakfast, we depart with our private vehicle for Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only place in Japan not bombed. Kyoto city is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We start our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking path. During this walk along the path, you will enjoy pleasant moments with the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo, and you will be able to take pictures of the forest. Then we continue with our Kinkakuji Temple tour. In northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered with gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, each floor of the impressive structure represents a different architectural style. Then we head to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Just below the main hall is Otowa Waterfall, and its waters flow into a pond through 3 channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize wisdom, health, and long life, respectively. Then we move on to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, known as one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines and especially recognized for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha Temple, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit, enjoying a beautiful Kyoto city view, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
08 Osaka
OSAKA – OSAKA CASTLE - NARA – TEA CEREMONY– OSAKA
After breakfast, departure for Osaka Castle. After seeing Osaka Castle from the outside and taking a photo break, we depart for our panoramic Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was made with the aim of being the head of all Buddhist temples. Over time, its influence grew, and in the 8th century it began to affect politics as well. Todaiji's main hall has also entered the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The massive building is home to one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, the park is home to many of Nara's major attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony wearing Kimono, Japan’s local attire. After the pleasant time allotted for the area, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest. After our temple visit, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

OSAKA – SEOUL
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. At the time announced by our guide, we transfer to the airport. We fly to Seoul with the local airline. Upon arrival in Seoul, we begin our panoramic city tour. Departure for our Gangnam Square tour. Meaning “south of the Han River,” Gangnam is the third largest district in Seoul. In the area that gained popularity after PSY’s song “Gangnam Style,” places that can be seen panoramically include Cheongdam fashion street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library. After our shopping, dining, and photo break, free time until the transfer time to be announced by our guide. Then transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

SEOUL - DUBAI – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we depart for our Seoul city tour. During our tour, the places we will see panoramically include Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Ancient Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street. Our first stop, Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is often referred to as the North Palace because of its northernmost location compared with its neighboring palaces, Changdeokgung (East Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (West Palace). Afterwards, we will proceed with our Bukchon Hanok Village tour, whose name means Northern Village. Hanok are Korea's traditional houses, and there are approximately 700 Hanok in this village. Then, transfer to Myeongdong, Korea's most famous shopping and fashion district. On this street, which has shopping and cosmetics stores and many restaurants, you can do any last-minute shopping before leaving the country and taste local delicacies. At the end of the tour, transfer to the airport at the time to be announced by our guide. We will begin our flight to Dubai on Emirates Airlines flight EK323 at 23:55. After arriving in Dubai at 04:25, we will start our next flight, EK 123, to Istanbul at 10:40. After our arrival in Istanbul at 14:25 local time, the tour ends.

Important information
- Intermediary and Responsibility: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can get information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be made by airline companies.
- Flight Procedures: The check-in and boarding procedures of those participating in tours with flights are their own responsibility and must be completed at the airport before the flight at airline counters or online. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for the failure of persons who are not present at the airport at the times announced by Tayga Tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the plane. The costs of new round-trip plane tickets and regional transfer expenses required for people who miss the plane to join the tour are their responsibility.
- Program and Food & Beverage: Excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on days other than the specified days due to force majeure. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change. Extra tour prices may vary according to content and number of participants.
- Tour Not Being Held: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place due to closed roads or places that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities. In cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. It may be done by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extra in the program may not be carried out if there is not enough participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not participate in extra tours along the route are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags and suitcases of the persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost or stolen items are found, the expenses incurred during delivery to the country or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. There may be extra bed arrangements in 3-person rooms and these beds may consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children, any congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid if the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfast served in hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to have their travel insurance with them during the trip. It is mandatory to have reports regarding health problems, pregnancy status, and medications used on a continuous basis with you during participation in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are under the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During peak periods (fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc.) hotels may be farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be given 15 days before the tour departure date. If children under 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, written consent forms must be kept with them during the trip.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their current valid passport must not be older than 10 years. In addition, their validity period must be 6 months as of the end of the trip. Our guests who will renew their passport are obliged to share their up-to-date passport information through the channel they purchased from if they did not provide valid passport information during the purchase.
