ISTANBUL - SEOUL
We meet our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing baggage check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Seoul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Our journey to Seoul will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

SEOUL
Upon our arrival in Seoul, after completing our passport and baggage procedures, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture blend together. We then depart for our Seoul city tour. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The area, which gained worldwide fame with PSY’s globally famous “Gangnam Style” song, is now known for luxury living, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple and Starfield Library will be among the places seen panoramically. Afterwards, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city’s liveliest and most popular districts. In this area, which is famous for its cosmetic stores, fashion boutiques, as well as its delicious street food and restaurants, we will have free time for dinner. Those who wish may experience the exquisite flavors of Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of Myeongdong. After the free time, we gather at the specified time and transfer to our hotel. After check-in at the hotel, overnight at our hotel.
03 Tokyo
SEOUL
After breakfast, we depart for our Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village tour. Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this splendid building is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and during our visit in the palace courtyard we will closely feel the historical atmosphere. Then, we visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the life culture and historical development of the Korean people. In the continuation of our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its Hanok structures, traditional Korean houses. In this historic area, where there are approximately 700 Hanok houses, we walk through narrow streets and closely observe the traditional way of life. Afterwards, we go to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s most vibrant shopping areas. We enjoy free time in this area, which is famous for its cosmetic stores, shops, and street food. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
04 Tokyo
SEOUL – OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures and transfer to Seoul Airport. We fly to Osaka with local airlines. Upon arrival, after completing passport and baggage procedures, we depart with our private bus waiting for us for Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important historical symbols. Built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, this magnificent structure is one of the most important symbols of Japan's unification period and offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere together with its large park area. In the continuation of our tour, we move on to Dotonbori, one of Osaka's most lively and iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, lively streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know closely the structure of Osaka known as the "gastronomy center." Afterwards, we move on to the Shinsaibashi area, Osaka's most popular shopping and lifestyle street. We give our guests free time in this area full of long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
05 Tokyo
OSAKA – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed with the aim of being the head of all Buddhist temples. Over time, its influence grew, and in the 8th century it began to affect politics as well. Todaiji's main hall has also earned a place in the record books as the world's largest wooden structure. The massive building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to many of Nara's main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After getting the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
06 Osaka
OSAKA– ARASHİYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHİMİ INARİ - KYOTO
After breakfast, we depart with our private vehicle for Kyoto, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods, and one of the best-preserved centers of Japan’s ancient capital and traditional culture. After a journey of approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. During World War II, Kyoto was the only place in Japan that was not bombed. The city of Kyoto is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We start our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Visitors to the bamboo forest are welcomed by a 500-meter walking trail. On this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments with the sound of the wind reaching through the bamboos and be able to take pictures of the forest. Then, we continue with our Kinkakuji Temple tour. In North Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered with gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Overlooking a large pond, each floor of the impressive structure represents a different architectural style. Then we head to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. One of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, the temple has been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Just below the main hall is Otowa Waterfall, and its waters flow into a pond through 3 channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize wisdom, health, and long life, respectively. Then we move on to another important temple in the city, Fushimi Inari. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto temples and especially known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha temple, our final stop, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After our temple visit, which we will enjoy with a beautiful Kyoto city view, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
07 Osaka
KYOTO – SHINKANSEN (HIGH-SPEED TRAIN) – SHIBUYA – AKIHABARA – YODOBASHI – GINZA - TOKYO
After breakfast, we travel to Tokyo by Shinkansen (high-speed train). We start our Tokyo city tour with our private bus waiting for us. Upon our arrival in Tokyo, after passport and luggage procedures, we set off for our Tokyo city tour with our private vehicle waiting for us. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in the world (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). To feel Tokyo's energy, watching hundreds of people move all at once at every traffic light change offers a unique experience. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and also popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy our free time. Our next stop will be Yodobashi Electric Town located in Akihabara, where you can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the free time we will have for shopping, we head to the Ginza district, which reflects the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of modern Japan. After our visit in Ginza, home to world-famous brands and Tokyo’s most exclusive shopping centers and restaurants, we will have free time for meals. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
08 Osaka
TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we set off on Honshu Island to go to Mount Fuji, located southwest of Tokyo and one of the city’s symbols, Japan’s highest mountain. First, we head to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its Mount Fuji views and natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we take our Lake Ashi boat tour to enjoy this magnificent scenery. After the photo break we will give, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow waters combine with underground waters to form natural pools. As the waters pass through volcanic rocks, they are naturally filtered, making the pools crystal clear. These pools, made up of waters of varying sizes and depths, allow you to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the reflections within them. After our tour with our guide, we set off toward Gotemba Premium Shopping Center, one of Japan's largest outlet shopping centers. After the designated free time, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
09 Istanbul
TOKYO - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport, and after the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins. After our arrival in Istanbul according to local time, our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you again on another tour..

Important information
- Intermediation and Responsibility: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays made by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: The check-in and boarding procedures of those joining tours with flights are their personal responsibility and must be completed at airport counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards. These notices must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for those who do not show up at the specified airport at the times announced by Tayga Tour, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or do not board the plane, and therefore cannot make the flight. The new round-trip plane tickets and regional transfer expenses required for those who miss the plane to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Program and Food & Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be carried out on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants determined by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. Extra tour prices may vary depending on content and number of participants.
- Tour Not Taking Place: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place due to areas not permitted to be visited by local authorities or because of closed roads. In cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. They may be conducted by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Extra Tours: Excursions specified as extra in the program may not be carried out if there is insufficient participation. Extra tours along the route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not join extra tours along the route are deemed to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the stopover point.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of those participating in the tour are իրենց own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person are the responsibility of the owner of the item.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed application may exist, and these beds may consist of foldable beds and beds called coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children, any cramped conditions that may occur in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices specified in the price list are valid if the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfast offered at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to have their travel insurance with them during the trip. It is mandatory to have reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously with you during participation in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc.), hotels may be farther than the stated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. If children under 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother and father, consent forms must be kept with them during the trip.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the first issue date of their currently valid passport must not be older than 10 years. In addition, their validity must be 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passport are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel they purchased from in the following days if they did not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
In hotels in Japan, the standard room type is generally twin rooms with two separate single beds. Requests for one double bed depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Since hotel room sizes in Japan are limited, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).

Transportation between Kyoto and Tokyo will be provided by high-speed train in order to save time and provide comfort. For this day, it is sufficient for our guests to bring only hand luggage to meet their one-night needs. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Tokyo.
Korea and Japan Entry Forms;
For South Korea trips, it is mandatory to obtain K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval. It is recommended that applications be completed well in advance of travel through the official website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or the K-ETA mobile app. Support regarding the application process is not provided by the South Korean Consulate General.
