We meet you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport approximately 3 hours before the flight time (1 calendar day before the departure flight date). After completing our baggage drop-off and passport procedures, we depart for Tokyo on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Our journey to Tokyo will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the plane. Upon arrival in Tokyo, we complete our passport and baggage procedures, meet our private vehicle waiting for us, and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE – LAKE ASHI – OSHINO HAKKAI – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO
After breakfast, we set off on Honshu Island to Mount Fuji, located southwest of Tokyo, one of the city's landmarks and the highest mountain in Japan. First, we travel to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, which is famous for its views of Mount Fuji and its natural beauty. Here, together with our guests, we take a boat tour on Lake Ashi to enjoy this magnificent view. After our photo stop, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, a region where melting snow combines with underground waters to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, make these pools crystal clear. The pools, each with a different size and depth, offer the opportunity to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in their waters. After our tour accompanied by our guide, we set off for Gotemba Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Japan. After the designated free time, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

TOKYO – ASAKUSA SENSO - JI TEMPLE – NAKAMISE – SHIBUYA – GINZA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we begin our city tour, during which we will discover Tokyo's past and modern life together. Our first stop will be Senso-ji Temple, one of the city's landmarks, located in the Asakusa district. Considered Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple, this historic structure was built in honor of the Goddess of Mercy, Kannon, after two fisherman brothers reportedly found her statue. Completed in 645 AD, the temple welcomes visitors with the magnificent Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate). After passing through the gate, we take a pleasant walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which stretches approximately 200 meters toward the temple. On this historic street, which carries the traditional Japanese atmosphere into the present day, you can browse handmade souvenirs, kimonos, folding fans and a variety of local products, while guests who wish may sample Asakusa's famous street foods and traditional Japanese flavors. We pass through Hozomon Gate at the end of the street and visit Senso-ji Temple. Our next stop is Shibuya, known as a center of entertainment and cultural experiences. One of Tokyo's most famous and lively districts, Shibuya is home to one of the world's busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). Watching hundreds of people move at once every time the lights change offers a unique experience for feeling Tokyo's energy. Continuing our city tour, we proceed to Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular and prestigious districts. This area, known for its broad boulevards, modern architecture, luxury stores, art galleries and elegant cafés, offers the opportunity to discover Tokyo's refined side. Following our tour accompanied by our guide's explanations, we have free time for shopping, exploring the area as you wish and taking a meal break. At the end of the free time, we meet at the designated point and depart for our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo
TOKYO - ARASHIYAMA BAMBOO FOREST - KINKAKUJI TEMPLE – KIYOMIZU DERA – FUSHIMI INARI - KYOTO
After breakfast, we travel to Kyoto by Shinkansen (bullet train). We begin with the private bus waiting for us. With our private vehicle, we set off toward Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and one of the best-preserved centers of its traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. Following our journey, which will take approximately 1 hour, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan that was not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is included on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. We begin our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. It welcomes visitors to the bamboo forest with a 500-meter walking trail. During this walk along the trail, you will enjoy pleasant moments accompanied by the sound of the wind passing through the bamboo and will be able to take pictures of the forest. Then, we continue with our tour of Kinkakuji Temple. Located in northern Kyoto, Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple whose top two floors are entirely covered with gold leaf, is also known as the Golden Pavilion. Each floor of the impressive structure overlooking a large pond represents a different architectural style. Then, we head to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historical monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been included on the World Heritage List by UNESCO. The Otowa Waterfall is located just below the main hall, and the water flows into a pond through 3 channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity, respectively. Then, we proceed to Fushimi Inari, another important temple in the city. After our visit to the temple, which is one of Japan's most famous Shinto temples and is especially known for its thousands of orange Torii gates, we proceed to our final stop, Fushimi Inari Taisha Temple, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Following our temple visit, accompanied by a beautiful view of Kyoto, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.
Transportation between Tokyo and Kyoto will be provided by bullet train in order to ensure time savings and comfort. For this day, it will be sufficient for our guests to take only hand luggage containing their overnight necessities. Large suitcases will be collected from the hotel and delivered directly to the accommodation hotel in Kyoto.

KYOTO – TODAIJI TEMPLE - NARA DEER PARK – OSAKA
After breakfast we complete our checkout procedures at the hotel and depart for our Nara tour. We begin our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed to serve as the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew over time, the temple also began to affect politics in the 8th century. The main hall of Todaiji has also made its mark in the record books as the largest wooden structure in the world. The enormous building houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterwards, we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Established in 1880, it is home to most of Nara's major attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After having the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
OSAKA - OSAKA CASTLE - DOTONBORI - SHINSAIBASHI – OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart by our private bus for the Osaka City Tour & Osaka Castle & Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Our first stop will be Osaka Castle, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Commissioned by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 16th century, this magnificent structure is one of the most significant symbols of Japan’s unification period and, together with its extensive park grounds, offers visitors an impressive historical atmosphere. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Dotonbori, one of Osaka’s liveliest and most iconic districts. In this area, which reflects the spirit of the city with its colorful neon lights, bustling streets, and famous restaurants, we enjoy a pleasant exploration and have the opportunity to get to know Osaka’s character as a “gastronomic center” up close. We then proceed to the Shinsaibashi district, Osaka’s most popular shopping and lifestyle area. We offer our guests free time in this area, filled with long shopping arcades, international brands, and local boutiques. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
OSAKA - SEOUL
After breakfast, transfer to Osaka Airport. We take our flight to Seoul with a local airline. Upon arrival in Seoul, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture intertwine. We then depart for our Seoul city tour. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. Having gained global fame with PSY’s world-famous song “Gangnam Style,” the area is now renowned for its luxurious lifestyle, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library will be among the places viewed panoramically. Afterwards, we head to Myeongdong, one of the liveliest and most popular areas of the city. In this district, famous for its cosmetics stores, fashion boutiques, delicious street food, and restaurants, we have free time for dinner. Guests who wish may sample the finest flavors of Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy Myeongdong’s vibrant atmosphere. After the free time, we meet at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. Following check-in, overnight at our hotel.

SEOUL - ISTANBUL
Following breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. We then set off for our tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & the National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village. Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the Northern Palace, this impressive structure is one of the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and we experience its historic atmosphere up close during our visit to the palace courtyard. We then visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the lifestyle and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its traditional Korean houses known as Hanok. In this historic area, home to approximately 700 Hanok houses, we walk through the narrow streets and closely observe the traditional lifestyle. Afterwards, we proceed to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s liveliest shopping areas. We enjoy free time in this district, which is famous for its cosmetics stores, shops and street food. After our tour, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide, and following the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins.

General Information
- Agency and Liability: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Tayga Tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transportation expenses in the region required for them to join the tour.
- Program and Dining: Excursions specified in the programs may, due to compelling reasons, be held on days other than those indicated. Lunches and dinners included in the program may, when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times, be served at restaurants determined by the agency. Panoramic city tours are 2-3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Tayga Tour is not responsible if these tours cannot take place because weather conditions make them impossible. In the event of closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned are the responsibility of the owner.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. Extra beds may be provided in triple rooms, and these may consist of beds known as folding beds or coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for a third person and/or children, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed that may occur will be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken regularly.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours operated by other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are under the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther away than the stated distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the departure date of the tour. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase in the following days if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.

Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 – 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 – 12:00.
The standard room type in hotels in Japan is generally a Twin room with two separate single beds. A request for one double bed is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
As hotel room sizes in Japan are limited, it is not possible for three adults to stay in the same room (Triple).

Obtaining K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) approval is mandatory for travel to South Korea. It is recommended that applications be completed sufficiently in advance of travel via the official website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or the K-ETA mobile application. Support regarding the application process is not provided by the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea.
