ISTANBUL - DOHA - SEOUL
We meet with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal approximately 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways' scheduled flight. After our arrival in Doha and the transfer we will make, we take our seats for our flight to Seoul. Our journey to Seoul will continue throughout the night, and we will spend the night on the plane.

SEOUL
After our arrival in Seoul, we complete our passport and luggage procedures and meet our private vehicle waiting for us. Welcome to Seoul, the capital of South Korea and one of its fascinating cities where modern life and traditional culture intertwine. After leaving the airport, we head to Myeongdong, one of the city’s most vibrant and popular districts. We provide free time for dinner in this area, which is famous for its cosmetic stores, fashion boutiques, as well as its delicious street food and restaurants. Guests who wish may experience selected flavors of Korean cuisine, go shopping, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of Myeongdong. After the free time, we meet at the designated time and transfer to our hotel. After check-in, overnight at our hotel.
03 Tokyo
SEUL - BUSAN
After breakfast, we depart by high-speed train for Busan, the second largest city in South Korea. Upon our arrival, we head to the UN Korean Memorial Cemetery, Ahopsan Bamboo Forest, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple & Blue Line Park Sky Capsule Tour. Our first stop is the UN Korean Memorial Cemetery, built in memory of United Nations soldiers who lost their lives in the Korean War and also home to the Turkish Martyrs’ Cemetery. Afterwards, we take a pleasant walk in Ahopsan Bamboo Forest, with its lush nature and as the setting for many Korean series and films. Our next stop is Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of Busan’s landmarks with its unique seaside location. In the continuation of our tour, we experience the Blue Line Park Sky Capsule, which offers the opportunity to view the Haeundae coastline from a bird’s-eye perspective. After this enjoyable journey accompanied by magnificent views, we transfer to our hotel. After check-in, overnight at our hotel.
04 Tokyo
BUSAN – GAMCHEON – GYEONGJU - BUSAN
After breakfast, we depart for the Gamcheon Culture Village & Gyeongju & Wolji Pond & Bulguksa Temple Tour. Our first stop is Gamcheon Culture Village, one of Busan’s most colorful and most visited spots. Known as the “Santorini of Busan,” this unique neighborhood offers an open-air museum atmosphere with its brightly colored houses, narrow streets, art galleries, and murals. Then we head to the historic city of Gyeongju, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known as the “Museum Without Walls.” In this ancient city, which served as the capital of the Silla Kingdom for about a thousand years, we first visit Bulguksa Temple, one of Korea’s most important Buddhist temples. Afterwards, we see Cheomseongdae, one of the oldest surviving astronomical observatories in East Asia, and take a photo break at Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, which reflect the splendor of the Silla Kingdom. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Busan. Overnight at our hotel.
05 Tokyo
BUSAN - SEOUL
After breakfast, we return to Seoul by high-speed train. Upon arrival, we head out for our tour of Hwaseong Fortress & Korean Folk Village & Namdaemun Market. Our first stop is Hwaseong Fortress, located in Suwon and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by King Jeongjo in memory of his father, Prince Sado, we take a short walk along the walls of this magnificent structure and feel its historic atmosphere up close. We then visit the Korean Folk Village, which brings the traditional life of the Joseon Dynasty to the present day. With its traditional Korean houses, handicraft workshops, and structures reflecting period life, this village functions as an open-air museum and has also hosted the filming of many Korean dramas and movies. Later in the tour, we head to Namdaemun Market, one of Seoul’s oldest and liveliest shopping spots. At the market, which is home to thousands of shops and stalls, you can shop, experience Korea’s famous street foods, and enjoy some free time. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Seoul. Overnight at our hotel.
06 Osaka
SEOUL
After breakfast, we depart for the Nami Island & Garden of Morning Calm Tour. We head to our Nami Island tour, famous for its half-moon-shaped natural beauty located on the Han River. Named after General Nami, who lived during the Joseon Dynasty, the island offers a different atmosphere in every season with cherry blossoms in spring, lush greenery in summer, red and yellow leaves in autumn, and snow-covered landscapes in winter. Especially the Metasequoia Road and the Ginkgo Tree Road are among the island’s most iconic walking routes. Afterwards, we depart for our visit to the Garden of Morning Calm Arboretum, known as the “Garden of Morning Calm.” Founded in 1996 by Prof. Han Sang-kyung, this impressive botanical garden offers visitors a peaceful experience immersed in nature with an area of approximately 330,000 square meters and more than 5,000 plant species. It takes its name from the phrase “Land of Morning Calm,” used by the poet Tagore for Korea. In the continuation of our tour, after the photo break we will take at N Seoul Tower, one of Seoul’s landmarks, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
07 Osaka
SEOUL - DOHA - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, after completing our check-out procedures from the hotel, we depart for the Seoul City Tour & Gangnam Square & Gyeongbokgung Palace & Insadong Antique Street & National Folk Museum of Korea & Bukchon Hanok Village & Myeongdong. Our first stop will be Gangnam Square. The area, which gained global fame with PSY’s world-famous “Gangnam Style” song, stands out today with luxury living, shopping, and business centers. During our tour, Cheongdam Fashion Street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library will be among the panoramic sights to be seen. Continuing our tour, our second stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395 and one of the most magnificent structures of the Joseon Dynasty. Also known as the North Palace, this splendid structure is among the most important examples of traditional Korean architecture, and with our visit in the palace courtyard, we closely feel the historical atmosphere. Afterwards, we visit the National Folk Museum of Korea, which reflects the life culture and historical development of the Korean people. Continuing our tour, we head to Bukchon Hanok Village, famous for its Hanok structures, traditional Korean houses. In this historic area, where there are approximately 700 Hanok houses, we observe traditional life culture closely by walking through the narrow streets. Then, we move on to Myeongdong Street, one of Seoul’s most vibrant shopping spots. We enjoy free time in this area, famous for its cosmetic stores, shopping shops, and street flavors. After our tour, we transfer to Seoul Airport and depart for Doha on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. After our arrival in Doha and the transfer we will make, we take our seats for our Istanbul flight

Important information
- Intermediation and Responsibility: Tayga Tour is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can get information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes or delays made by airline companies.
- Flight Procedures: People joining tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures and must complete them at the airport at airline counters or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and shown on information boards. These must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for the failure of people who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by Tayga Tour, or who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who do not board the aircraft, to take the flight. The new round-trip plane tickets and transfer expenses in the region required for people who miss the plane to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Program and Food & Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants determined by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be arranged on different days, provided their content does not change. Optional tour prices may vary depending on content and the number of participants.
- Tour Not Being Held: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit them to be visited or due to closed roads. In cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to hold these tours. Where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, it may be done by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not be held if there is not enough participation. Optional tours en route will be carried out even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours en route are deemed to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the break point.
- Personal Belongings: The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of people participating in the tour are their own responsibility. If forgotten, lost, or stolen items are found, the costs incurred while delivering them to the country or person are the responsibility of the owner.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. Extra bed arrangements may apply in 3-person rooms, and these beds may consist of foldable beds and beds called coach beds. Therefore, in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children, the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type will be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid if the child stays with two adults. Continental breakfast served in hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to have their travel insurance with them during the trip. It is mandatory to have reports regarding health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously during participation in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During peak periods (fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament, etc.), hotels may be farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be given 15 days before the departure date of the tour. If children under 18 do not join the tour with one or both of their mother and father, consent forms must be carried with them during the trip.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the first issue date of their currently valid passports must not be older than 10 years. In addition, their validity period must be 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel they purchased from in the following days if they did not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
