ISTANBUL - BALI
We meet with you, our valued guests, at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight time. After completing our baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on a QATAR Airways flight. Following our transfer upon arrival in Doha, we take our seats for our flight to Bali. Our journey to Bali, the capital of Indonesia, will continue throughout the night, and overnight accommodation will be on the plane.

BALI - UBUD
Upon our arrival in Bali, after completing the baggage procedures, transfer to our hotel in Ubud with our waiting vehicle and free time to rest.

After breakfast, we depart for our Handara Gate & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Sangeh Monkey Forest & Ubud Local Shopping tour with lunch, in order to discover Ubud’s unique natural and cultural beauties. Our first stop is Handara Gate, located amidst lush mountain scenery and considered one of Bali’s most iconic photo spots. After a photo break here, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, situated on the shores of Lake Beratan and one of Bali’s most important temples. After exploring the temple accompanied by magnificent lake views, we have a short free time. Continuing our journey, we proceed to the Sangeh Monkey Forest area, famous for its sacred forest and natural wildlife. Here, we have the opportunity to closely observe Bali’s natural beauty while enjoying a pleasant walk through the tropical forest inhabited by hundreds of monkeys. We then head to Ubud, known as the center of art and culture, and have the opportunity to experience local life through Ubud’s local shopping. We have free time for shopping in this colorful market, famous for its handmade souvenirs, traditional art products, and local handicrafts, followed by a transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

After breakfast, we set off for our Kintamani & Mount Batur & Lake Batur & Goa Gajah & Luwak Coffee Experience tour with lunch to discover Bali’s impressive volcanic landscapes and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Mount Batur, one of the island’s most famous natural landmarks. We have the opportunity to take unforgettable photographs while admiring the panoramic views of this impressive mountain, which stands out with its active volcanic structure. We then take a photo break on the shores of Lake Batur, located at the foot of the volcano and renowned for its enchanting beauty. Continuing our tour, we visit Goa Gajah, one of Bali’s oldest and most important sacred sites. Also known as the “Elephant Cave,” this historic temple complex offers the opportunity to experience Bali’s cultural richness up close with its unique rock carvings and mystical atmosphere. In the final part of our tour, we set off to enjoy a Luwak coffee experience and learn more about Bali’s world-famous coffee culture. After learning about the coffee production process, we have the opportunity to taste different types of coffee . Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we depart to explore Bali’s unique natural beauty on our Tegalalang Rice Terraces and Iconic Swing & Tegenungan Waterfall &Tanah Lot Temple tour with lunch. Our first stop is the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the island’s most iconic locations with its lush scenery and terraced agricultural fields. During our photo break at these impressive rice terraces, which reflect traditional Balinese farming culture, we enjoy the fascinating atmosphere of the area, and guests who wish may take iconic swing photos here. We then visit Tegenungan Waterfall, located amidst tropical nature and regarded as one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls. At this spot, which impresses visitors with its natural beauty, we take a walk, experience the cool atmosphere of the waterfall, and have free time for photography. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Tanah Lot Temple, which has become one of Bali’s most important symbols due to its location rising above the Indian Ocean. At this sacred temple, famous for its impressive view blending with the sea and its mystical atmosphere, we enjoy memorable moments while witnessing one of Bali’s unforgettable sunset views. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to relax.

After breakfast, we depart for Nusa Dua Mengiat Beach, one of Bali’s most enjoyable coastal areas. At this beautiful beach, known for its crystal-clear sea, golden sands, and peaceful atmosphere, we have free time to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Afterwards, we depart for a seafood restaurant located at Jimbaran Beach for dinner. By the ocean, accompanied by a unique sunset view, we have the opportunity to taste Bali’s famous seafood. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
07 Istanbul
BALI - ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we leave the hotel and have free time until the time specified by the guide. At the time specified by the guide, we transfer to the airport, and after completing the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Qatar Airways begins. Upon our arrival in Istanbul at local time, our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you again on another tour.

Important information
- Intermediary Role and Responsibility: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for their check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Tayga Tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The costs of the new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
- Program and Food and Beverage: Excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those specified due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and the number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Tayga Tour is not responsible when these tours cannot take place because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. In rooms for 3 people, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Therefore, when making reservations for a third person and/or a child, any potential crowding in the rooms and the bed type shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance documents with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used continuously must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are under the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the stated distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the initial issuance date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
