01 Tokyo
ISTANBUL -DOHA -TOKYO
Meeting at Istanbul New Airport at 11:00. We depart for Tokyo at 13:45 on Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. Arrival in Doha at 18:10. We depart for Tokyo at 20:25.
02 Tokyo
TOKYO
Arrival in Tokyo at 12:55. Transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.
03 Tokyo
TOKYO
We visit the Tsukuji fish market, where we can eat the freshest fish in the world. You can taste delicious sushi at one of the local restaurants where excellent sushi is prepared, and purchase Japanese seafood and famous Japanese knives. Then we visit the famous Asakusa District and Sensoji Temple. Afterwards, we arrive at Ginza, Tokyo’s most famous avenue. Named after the silver “gin” and guild “za” after a silver coin mint was established there in 1612, the avenue offers unlimited shopping opportunities. At the end of our tour, we will visit the Shibuya district, which houses the statue of Hachiko, Japan’s famous dog, and the pedestrian crossing used by 1 million people a day. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
04 Tokyo
TOKYO
After breakfast, a Mount Fuji, Boat Tour, and Traditional Japanese Village Tour are arranged.( We set off from the hotel in the morning, heading toward the natural beauty at the foothills of Mount Fuji. Our first stop is Lake Kawaguchi, famous for its views of Mount Fuji. The enjoyable boat tour we will take here offers the opportunity to capture unforgettable photos of Mount Fuji from the lake. We then visit the village of Oshino Hakkai, which reflects traditional Japanese village life. We will explore the region’s natural and cultural beauty by strolling through streets filled with crystal-clear spring waters, wooden houses, and local delicacies. Return to our hotel at the end of the tour.
05 Tokyo
TOKYO-KOBE -HIMEJI
After breakfast, we depart by train for Kobe. We have free time in Nankinmachi, Kobe’s famous Chinatown, and afterwards, guests who wish may taste the world-famous Kobe beef here for an additional fee. After the meal, we explore Meriken Park, located in the port area, and Kobe Harborland, known for its shopping and entertainment areas. Following our tour, we depart for Himeji. We visit Himeji Castle, one of Japan’s most impressive historical structures. Also known as the “White Heron Castle,” this UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of Japan’s best-preserved and most magnificent feudal castles. After visiting the castle and taking a short walk through the surrounding gardens, we proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
06 Tokyo
TOKYO SENSOJI – YODOBASHI ELECTRIC TOWN AKIHABARA – GINZA – TOKYO
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle. First, we visit Sensoji Temple, built in 645 and known as Tokyo’s oldest temple, as well as one of Tokyo’s most important religious centers since the Edo period. Following our visit here, we head to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronic brands together at affordable prices. After the time allocated for shopping, we proceed to Ginza, a district that reflects the sophisticated and elegant side of modern Japan. After our visit to this area, home to Tokyo’s largest shopping centers and finest restaurants, where you can find world-famous brands, we will have free time for dinner. At the time advised by our guide, we will transfer to our hotel, followed by free time to relax.
07 Osaka
HIMEJI-HIROSHIMA -OSAKA
After breakfast, we depart by train for Hiroshima. Our first stop is the Peace Memorial Park, the site of one of the most tragic events of World War II. Built around the area where the atomic bomb was dropped, this expansive park features numerous monuments and structures emphasizing the importance of peace in the face of the devastation of war. The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, which leaves a profound impression on visitors, reveals the physical and human devastation caused by the bomb in all its stark reality. After our tour, we depart by train for Osaka. During our city tour of Osaka, we first visit Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. Following these visits, we have free time in Osaka's Dotonbori shopping districts, where we have the opportunity to explore the culinary highlights of this city, considered a paradise for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overnight at our hotel in Osaka.
08 alone
OSAKA -SEOUL
After breakfast, our airport transfer takes place for our flight to Seoul. Following our flight to Seoul with local airlines, our Seoul city tour begins with our private vehicle waiting for us.
Our first stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, meaning "Palace of Shining Happiness." We will enjoy a panoramic view of the palace, surrounded by the Bukhansan Mountains and magnificent natural landscapes. Then, we will watch the Guard Changing Ceremony, accompanied by traditional costumes and music. Our next stop is Bukchon Hanok Village, which preserves Seoul’s historical heritage and is famous for its traditional Korean houses. With its narrow streets, authentic architecture, and peaceful atmosphere, it gives visitors the feeling of traveling back in time. In the final part of our tour, after taking photos in front of the Gangnam Style Statue, created for the world-famous K-pop song "Gangnam Style," we visit the Starfield Library. Located inside the COEX Shopping Mall, this enormous public library offers both a cultural and visual experience with its modern architecture, towering bookshelves, and impressive atmosphere. After our tour, we proceed to our hotel.
09 Istanbul
SEOUL
After breakfast at our hotel, we take our tour covering Namsangol Hanok Village & the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) and Myeongdong Shopping Street. First, we visit Namsangol Hanok Village, where traditional Korean architecture has been preserved. With its traditional houses, gardens, courtyards, and elements of daily life from the period, it offers a highly impressive experience. Afterwards, we begin our tour of the DMZ, the most historically and politically significant area of the Korean Peninsula. Located on the border between North and South Korea, this region is one of the most heavily guarded and symbolic border points in the world. Our final stop is Myeongdong Shopping Street, considered the heart of Seoul and a popular destination for shopping enthusiasts. After our tour, we return to our hotel.
10 Istanbul

After breakfast at our hotel, check-out from the hotel and free time for shopping. At the time specified by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. We will fly to Doha at 01:20 on Qatar Airways' scheduled flight. After arriving at 05:30, we depart for Istanbul at 07:40. Arrival at 11:55 and the end of our tour. Important information
- Intermediary Role and Liability: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in flight tours are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Tayga Tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take their flight. The new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are at their own expense.
- Program and Food and Beverage: The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Included lunches and dinners may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours, organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place because local authorities do not permit visits or because of closed roads. Tayga Tour is not responsible when these tours cannot be conducted because weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions specified as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be deemed to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred in delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may consist of foldaway beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or children, any crowding in the rooms and the type of bed will be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. When participating in the tour, it is mandatory to carry reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications taken continuously.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours organized by other agencies. In this case, Tayga Tour guests are the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent forms with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity Date: For all passengers traveling abroad, the initial issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. If guests who will renew their passports do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase, they are obliged to share their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date.
