NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included in the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying, and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour service provider we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and the weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts, and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or the times may change before the current tour and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of a change in time.

Tour Program
01 Ankara-Stuttgart-Strasbourg
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Esenboğa Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure to *** Stuttgart by Ajet Airlines’ *** scheduled flight. Arrival in *** Stuttgart at local time. Following the passport and ticket procedures, we depart for Strasbourg. Strasbourg, which has historical significance as the place where the national anthem “La Marseillaise” was written, is a city where Alsatian culture blends with French architecture. We visit Strasbourg Cathedral of Notre-Dame, which held the title of the world’s tallest structure until 1874, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square and the Petit France district adorned with traditional Alsatian houses. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. (Depending on the occupancy in the region, accommodation may take place in surrounding cities. 02 Strasbourg – Eguisheim – Colmar – Riquewihr – Strasbourg
Following breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Eguisheim & Colmar & Riquewihr tour (100 Euros). The first stop of our tour is Eguisheim, one of Alsace’s charming towns. As you stroll through its narrow, charming streets, among houses with beautiful colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies, you will begin to lose yourself in stories from the past. A member of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” club since 2003, Eguisheim was chosen as “France’s Favorite Village” in 2013. Following our Eguisheim tour, we depart for our second stop, Colmar. With its colorful houses, flower-decorated streets, and beauty, Colmar, one of the most enchanting cities, is of great importance as the starting point of the Alsace Wine Route. The canals that add to Colmar’s beauty are branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historic buildings lining the river, dating back to the 1200s, are the city’s most distinctive and noteworthy feature. During our Colmar tour, as we explore its carnival-like streets, we visit Saint Martin’s Cathedral, topped with enormous stork nests, Rue Marchand (Merchants’ Street), and the “Petite Venise” area, meaning “Little Venice.” Our final stop on the tour is Riquewihr, known as Alsace’s most famous village… The harmony of the two-story Alsatian half-timbered and concrete houses, with their different colors and architectural styles, attracts 2 million visitors a year to this charming town of 1,200 inhabitants. You will not be able to get enough of taking photographs in this wonderful town blended with history, culture, and nature. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. 03 Strasbourg – Schaffhausen Rhine Falls – Zurich – Lucerne – Strasbourg
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne tour (110 Euros), to be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. Our first stop on the tour is the Rhine Falls. With a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, it is Europe's largest waterfall. After our walk around the falls, accompanied by the enchanting sound of the water, we depart for Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foothills of the Alps, Zurich welcomes millions of tourists throughout the year with both its historical heritage and culture. The city's history dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages, while its name comes from Turus. The city, which was under Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD, was named Turicum. When this name is translated into Swiss German, it is pronounced “Zuri.” According to the latest data, Zurich, the most livable city in Europe, is also known as Switzerland's cultural capital. Upon our arrival, after seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches, as well as St. Peter's Church, home to Europe's largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, considered the city's shopping center. After our tour, we depart for Lucerne. In this enchanting city, after seeing the Lion Monument, built in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we conclude our tour and transfer to our hotel. After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Ankara on Ajet Airlines’ *** scheduled flight. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at *** local time, and the end of our tour.
