NOTES
***Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not reached for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be notified by Tayga Tour.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by Tayga Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** 3-person rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, tour participants declare that they accept the room congestion and bed type that may be experienced in rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Tayga Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be performed on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or in cases where it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour service provider we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
01 Ankara - Amsterdam
We meet with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Esenboğa Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Amsterdam on the Sun Express Airlines scheduled flight at ***. Arrival in Amsterdam at *** local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the airport to take our city tour. Upon arrival in the city center, we will get off the vehicle and take our walking city tour, during which Amsterdam’s heart, Dam Square, the famous Red Light Street, the Royal Palace, and the Flower Market are among the places to be seen. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Following our arrival, we complete check-in and settle into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel in Amsterdam.

02 Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can join the extra Marken, Volendam and Giethoorn Tour (120€), which will be arranged by our guide. First, on our tour, we will go to Volendam, an old fishing town. In the harbor area of this peaceful town, which is closed to vehicle traffic, we will be able to tour and shop among its colorful two-story historic houses, souvenir shops and especially cheese shops, as well as its charming cafes and restaurants. After that, we head to Marken, a village located on a small island. While touring the village on foot, we will visit a “Marken House” overlooking the harbor of Marken. This tiny house is furnished as it was when a fishing family from Marken lived here until 1932, and it displays the furniture and decor of the period. In the village, we will also visit a shop where the production of wooden clogs, part of the Netherlands’ cultural heritage, is demonstrated and hundreds of colorful clogs are sold. Then we head to Giethoorn, known as the Venice of the Netherlands. While touring Giethoorn, which resembles a postcard with its canals, looks like a film set adapted from fairy tales, and is a village as if made by Hobbits, you will feel yourself in a very extraordinary environment. After this very enjoyable and experience-filled tour, we return to Amsterdam and our hotel. Our overnight stay will be at our hotel in Amsterdam.

03 Amsterdam
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. Those who wish may join the optional Bruges Tour (120€) organized by our guide. Depart for the ever-beautiful and enchanting Bruges, famous for its lace and tapestries, which has preserved its medieval architecture to this day because it was never damaged during World War II. Upon arrival, on this tour we will do on foot, we will see Bruges’ heart, the Market Square, surrounded by colorful houses, various cafés, and the famous Belfry clock tower, the streets full of countless shops selling lace and handicrafts and filled with the smell of fries, chocolate, and waffles, horse-drawn carriages, canals intertwined with the city, bridges, and swans, then return to Amsterdam and our hotel. We will spend the night at our hotel in Amsterdam.
04 Amsterdam - Ankara
After breakfast at our hotel this morning, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Afterwards, transfer to the airport. Following your baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Ankara on SunExpress Airlines’ scheduled flight ***. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at *** local time and the end of our tour.
