NOTES
***Our Tour Program is organized on the condition that a minimum of 40 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tayga Tour will notify participants of tours cancelled due to insufficient participation.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Tayga Tour will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as rollaway and coach beds, tour participants who make reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. Tayga Tour is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, or because roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour from which we receive services, on the condition that a minimum of 20 people participate. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, content and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change in flight times.

Tour Program
01 Istanbul (SAW) – Stockholm (ARN)
Meeting with our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for Stockholm at 11:10 on AJET Airlines’ scheduled VF265 flight. Upon arrival in Stockholm at 12:55 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting at the airport. Stockholm, the capital and largest city of Sweden, has been the country’s cultural, artistic, and economic center for centuries and has always managed to attract tourists with its colorful buildings, historic structures, and natural beauty. During our city tour of Stockholm, the City Hall, Kungsträdgården Central Park, the National Theatre building, the Stock Exchange Building, the Gamla Stan district, meaning “Old Town,” the Royal Palace, and Fjällgatan Hill will be among the places we visit. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
02 STOCKHOLM
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Glorious Treasures of Sweden (Uppsala & Djurgården Island and the Vasa Ship Museum) tour (100 euros).
Our first stop will be Uppsala, Sweden’s fourth-largest city and one of the country’s oldest and most historic places. With its unique cultural beauty and fascinating history, Uppsala is truly captivating. During our city tour, we will see Uppsala Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in Scandinavia; Uppsala University, the oldest university in Scandinavia, with a history dating back 550 years; and the Fyris River, which divides the city in two.
Following our tour here, our next stop will be Djurgården Island. Located in the fairytale-like heart of Stockholm, this magical island seems to have emerged straight from a storybook. As you walk along Skansen’s old stone paths, the melodies of the past will accompany you. Djurgården Island, which remained the private property of the royal family for many years, is also recognized as the world’s first national urban park.
After our tour, we will visit the Vasa Ship Museum. The Vasa Museum is a magnificent structure that preserves the legacy of the 17th-century Vasa warship. Although the Vasa was designed as a grand and powerful warship, it tragically sank on its maiden voyage in 1628. Salvaged from the depths in 1961, the Vasa has survived to the present day like a time capsule. At the museum, you will have the opportunity to examine this enormous ship in detail and take photographs in front of its giant sails and impressive size.
Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
03 STOCKHOLM - OSLO
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Oslo, the 4th-largest city in Scandinavia and the largest city in Norway. Oslo is renowned for its high standard of living and natural beauty. Founded as a port city in 1049 and formerly known as “Christiania,” the city has been called Oslo since 1925. Upon arrival, our city tour will include the Royal Palace, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Gate, the Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
04 Oslo
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Flåm Fjord tour, organized as an optional excursion (175 euros). We will leave the hotel early in the morning and set off for our full-day tour. Upon arrival, we will board a boat and cruise through Norway’s breathtaking fjords, taking photographs from the deck while enjoying the sight of waterfalls cascading down from the snow-capped mountains. We highly recommend that you do not miss this magnificent tour.
Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Flåm Railway Journey, organized as an optional excursion (175 euros). The Flåm Railway offers the opportunity to admire Norway’s spectacular natural beauty while enjoying a nostalgic journey, and is considered one of the most beautiful train rides in the world. Recognized as one of the world’s top 10 train journeys, the Flåm Railway provides the chance to see extraordinary landscapes, with different visual surprises at every kilometer of its 20-kilometer route, known as the world’s steepest railway line. Following this unforgettable tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
05 OSLO- GOTHENBURG
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city. Located on Sweden’s west coast, near the Atlantic Ocean, Gothenburg is a paradise-like city. After Stockholm, Gothenburg is Sweden’s second-largest city and also the fourth-largest city in Scandinavia. Founded on the Göta River, Gothenburg captivates everyone with its historical and cultural richness and is also Scandinavia’s largest port city. In this city, famous for its canals, the Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue, the Botanical Garden, and the opera and theater buildings are among the places to see. After our city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
06 Gothenburg-Malmö-Copenhagen
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Malmö. Malmö is a settlement known for its long bridge, parks, and historic buildings. Located in the Skåne region in the south of the country, Malmö is Sweden’s third-largest city and the sixth-largest city in the Nordic countries. During our city tour, we will see Stortorget Square, City Hall, the lively Lilla Torg Square with its cafés and restaurants, and St. Peter’s Church. Following our tour, we will continue to Copenhagen, whose name means “merchant’s harbor” in Danish. Copenhagen is the capital and most populous city of Denmark. The city is known for its distinctive architecture, colorful buildings, and vibrant harbor districts. In addition, according to research, the Danish people are considered the happiest people in the world. During our city tour in Copenhagen, Nyhavn Canal, Christiansborg Palace, the Glyptotek, Amalienborg Palace, and Strøget shopping street will be among the places we see. After the tour, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the Magnificent Copenhagen Canals tour, organized as an optional excursion. (50 euros) How about viewing Copenhagen’s magnificent colorful houses and architecture from a boat on its canals? During this tour, we will admire Copenhagen’s spectacular beauty as we cruise along its canals. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
07 Copenhagen
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional tour of Denmark’s Magnificent Castles (Kronborg & Frederiksborg) (100 euros).
Our first stop will be Kronborg Castle. Located in the Danish city of Helsingør, Kronborg Castle is one of the country’s most famous historical landmarks. Built in the 15th century, this impressive castle has preserved its medieval grandeur to the present day and was once one of the important residences of the Danish royal family. It is best known for being the setting of William Shakespeare’s play Hamlet; therefore, the castle holds great significance both historically and literarily. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000, Kronborg is of immense historical importance and features magnificent architecture.
Following our visit, our second stop will be Frederiksborg Palace. Located in the Danish city of Hillerød on a charming lake, Frederiksborg Palace is an impressive structure regarded as one of the finest examples of Northern Renaissance architecture. Commissioned in the 16th century by King Christian II, the palace was used as one of the elegant residences of the Danish royal family. Upon arrival, we will explore the palace courtyard and gardens, followed by a photo stop.
After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
08 Copenhagen (CPH) - Istanbul (SAW)
After breakfast at the hotel, free time until the time determined by the guide. Afterwards, transfer to Copenhagen Airport. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 14:50 on AJET Airlines flight VF70. Arrival at 20:05 local time, marking the end of our tour.
