NOTES
***Our Tour Program is organized on the condition that a minimum of 40 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tayga Tour will notify participants of tours cancelled due to insufficient participation.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Tayga Tour 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Tayga Tour will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as rollaway and coach beds, tour participants who make reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. Tayga Tour is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, or because roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Tayga Tour from which we receive services, on the condition that a minimum of 20 people participate. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, content and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. Tayga Tour is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change in flight times.

Tour Program
01 Istanbul (SAW) – Copenhagen (CPH)
Meeting in front of the International Departures Terminal at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following baggage drop-off, ticketing, and boarding procedures, we depart for Copenhagen at 12:20 on AJet Airlines flight VF69. We arrive at 13:50 local time. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Copenhagen city tour with our private buses waiting at the airport. Copenhagen is the capital and most populous city of Denmark. The city is known for its distinctive architecture, colorful buildings, and lively harbor areas. According to research, the Danish people are also considered to be among the happiest in the world. During our city tour of Copenhagen, Nyhavn Canal, Christiansborg Palace, the Glyptotek, Amalienborg Palace, and Strøget shopping street will be among the places we visit. Following our tour, we have free time. Guests who wish may join the Copenhagen Canals tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion (€50). Would you like to admire Copenhagen’s magnificent colorful houses and architecture from a boat as we cruise along its canals? During this tour, we will enjoy Copenhagen’s wonderful sights from the canals aboard our boat. Following the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
02 Copenhagen
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Denmark’s Castles tour (Kronborg & Frederiksborg) (100 euros). Our first stop will be Kronborg Castle. Located in the Danish city of Helsingør, Kronborg Castle is one of the country’s most famous historical landmarks. Built in the 15th century, this impressive castle has preserved its medieval grandeur to the present day and was once one of the important residences of the Danish royal family. It is best known for being the setting of William Shakespeare’s play Hamlet; therefore, the castle holds great significance in both historical and literary terms. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000, Kronborg is a monument of immense historical importance and impressive architecture.
Following our visit, our second stop will be Frederiksborg Palace. Located in Hillerød, Denmark, on a picturesque lake, Frederiksborg Palace is an impressive structure regarded as one of the finest examples of Northern Renaissance architecture. Commissioned by King Christian II in the 16th century, the palace was used as one of the elegant residences of the Danish royal family. Upon arrival, we will visit the palace courtyard and gardens, followed by a photo stop. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
03 Copenhagen-Malmö-Gothenburg
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Malmö. Malmö is a settlement known for its long bridge, parks, and historic buildings. Located in the Skåne region in the south of the country, Malmö is Sweden’s third-largest city and the sixth-largest city in the Nordic countries. During our city tour, we will see Stortorget Square, City Hall, the lively Lilla Torg Square with its cafés and restaurants, and St. Peter’s Church. Following the tour, we depart for Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city. Located on Sweden’s west coast near the Atlantic Ocean, Gothenburg is a picturesque city. The second-largest city in Sweden after Stockholm, Gothenburg is also the fourth-largest city in Scandinavia. Founded on the Göta River, Gothenburg captivates visitors with its historical and cultural richness and is also Scandinavia’s largest port city. In this city, famous for its canals, sights will include Avenue Boulevard, Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue, the Botanical Garden, and the opera and theater buildings. Following our city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
04 Gothenburg-Oslo
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Oslo, the 4th-largest city in Scandinavia and the largest city in Norway. Oslo is renowned for its high standard of living and natural beauty. Founded as a port city in 1049 and formerly known as “Christiania,” the city has been called Oslo since 1925. Upon arrival, our city tour will include the Royal Palace, City Hall, National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Gate, the Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and Frogner Park. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
05 OSLO
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Flåm Fjord tour, organized as an optional extra (175 euros). We will depart from the hotel in the early morning for our full-day tour. Upon arrival, we will board a ship and cruise through Norway’s breathtaking fjords. You will be captivated by the sight of waterfalls cascading down from snow-capped mountains as you take photographs from the deck. We highly recommend that you do not miss this magnificent tour.
Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Flåmsbana Railway Journey, organized as an optional extra (175 euros). The Flåmsbana train journey is one of the world’s most beautiful railway journeys, offering us the opportunity to see Norway’s magnificent natural landscapes while enjoying a nostalgic trip. Considered one of the world’s top ten train journeys, the Flåmsbana railway journey will give you the chance to admire truly unique and spectacular scenery. At the same time, you will encounter different visual surprises along every kilometer of the 20-kilometer Flåmsbana route, known as the world’s steepest railway line. Following this unforgettable tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
06 OSLO-STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, we depart for Stockholm. Upon arrival in Stockholm, our vehicle will be waiting for us, and our panoramic city tour will begin. Stockholm, the capital and largest city of Sweden, has been the country’s cultural, artistic, and economic center for centuries and continues to attract tourists with its colorful buildings, historic structures, and natural beauty. During our city tour of Stockholm, we will see the City Hall, Kungsträdgården Central Park, the National Theatre building, the Stock Exchange Building, the Gamla Stan district, which means “Old Town,” the Royal Palace, and Fjällgatan Hill. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
07 STOCKHOLM
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Treasures of Sweden tour (Uppsala, Djurgården Island, and the Vasa Museum), organized at an additional cost of €100.
Our first stop will be Uppsala, Sweden’s fourth-largest city and one of the country’s oldest and most historic places. With its unique cultural attractions and fascinating history, Uppsala is truly captivating. During our city tour, we will see Uppsala Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in Scandinavia; Uppsala University, the oldest university in Scandinavia, with a history dating back 550 years; and the Fyris River, which divides the city in two.
After our tour here, our next stop will be Djurgården Island. Located in the fairy-tale heart of Stockholm, this enchanting island seems to have come straight out of a storybook. As you walk along Skansen’s old cobblestone streets, the melodies of the past will accompany you. Djurgården Island, which was once the private property of the royal family for many years, is also home to the world’s first national urban park.
Following our tour, we will visit the Vasa Museum. The Vasa Museum is a magnificent structure that preserves the legacy of the 17th-century Vasa warship. Although the Vasa was designed as a grand and powerful warship, it tragically sank on its maiden voyage in 1628. Retrieved from beneath the water in 1961, the Vasa has reached the present day like a time capsule. At the museum, you will have the opportunity to examine this enormous ship in detail and take photographs in front of its gigantic sails and impressive size.
After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
08 STOCKHOLM (ARN) - ISTANBUL (SAW)
After breakfast at the hotel, free time until the time determined by the guide. Afterwards, transfer to Stockholm Airport. Following baggage, ticketing, and passport procedures, departure for Istanbul at 14:05 on AJET Airlines flight VF266. Arrival at 19:40 local time, marking the end of our tour.
