Important information
- Intermediary and Liability: Tayga Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Tayga Tour cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays that may be caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced over the public-address systems at airports and displayed on information boards. These announcements and displays must be followed.
- Participation in the Tour: Tayga Tour is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Tayga Tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft and therefore cannot take the flight. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of the new round-trip flight tickets and local transfer expenses required for them to join the tour.
- Program and Dining: The excursions specified in the programs may be held on days other than those indicated due to compelling reasons. Lunches and dinners included in the program may, when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times, be served at restaurants determined by the agency. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2–3 hours and are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be arranged on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Tayga Tour is not responsible if these tours cannot be operated because weather conditions make them impossible. At locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, the tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be considered to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Tayga Tour reserves the right to change hotel names. In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and these beds may be fold-away beds or beds known as coach beds. Therefore, for reservations involving a third person and/or a child, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices stated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants must carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications used regularly must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours organized by other agencies. In such cases, Tayga Tour guests remain under the responsibility of Tayga Tour. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sporting tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour accompanied by one or both of their parents, they must carry the required consent documents with them during the trip.
- Passport Validity: For all passengers traveling abroad, the original issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years old. In addition, their passports must remain valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to provide their updated passport information through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
