NOTES AND THINGS TO KNOW
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant Cruises company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes.
The cruise company reserves the right to change the service charge and tips. Any possible price increase will be reflected to the guests who purchased the tour.
If deemed necessary, the operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it may change the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille, or vice versa.
The required documents for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You are required to request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers between the airport and the port and round-trip transfers between the airport and port. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor can they be held responsible for it.
Of the evening meals you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there must have at least one suit, and ladies must have at least 1 evening dress.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND TIMES AT THE PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
The contents specified in the program flow are for sample purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are usually predetermined and numbered by name depending on the cruise company, and in some cruise companies there will be open seating. On ships with predetermined tables, from the first day's dinner to the last dinner, everyone will sit at the previously assigned tables, and guests who wish may also have their meals in other restaurants on the ship, depending on the arrangement by the ship's authorized staff.
During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash while the cabin keys are being issued. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is for the expenses you will make on the ship during the cruise after check-in. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) with magnetic cards that will be given to you by the ship reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. You can learn about all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
At the start of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the suitcases of our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your suitcases at the cruise port.
Your suitcases may not arrive in your cabins until late in the evening on the ship's first departure day. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items for the first day you will board the ship in a small handbag and carry them with you.
It is absolutely necessary to comply with the ship's departure times. At the ports, boarding the ship must be completed no later than 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your suitcases, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, you will collect your suitcases from the station where our group’s luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN SUITCASE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
Passports older than 10 years, even if still valid, are not accepted for travel abroad.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
The relevant visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the selling agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend that our guests activate international use for their mobile phones.
On ships, Euro or USD currencies are generally used depending on the region where they sail. On the first day of the ship, you can deposit cash and credit card funds into your room account from the ATMs on board.
For all programs, the minimum participation number is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the required quorum is not met. It may offer the guest an alternative program.
Cancellation conditions are stated separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.
During the tour, the ship captain has the right to disembark guests who physically assault or insult ship employees. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
WE WISH YOU TO COLLECT BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES ON YOUR JOURNEY
