PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling on their own or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this issue.
HEALTH
We do not think that there will be any problem threatening your health with the meals to be taken in the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and on return to the country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions cannot be held or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, sites or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding beds and so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are usually presented with a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
The Eastern America Region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.
For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.

Your mobile phone line is used if it is open for international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, camera, video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that will keep you warm and allow you to move comfortably.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have a unique cuisine and a fast-food-dominated culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even though there is no distinct food culture, the cuisine encompasses many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
Shopping opportunities are available at shopping centers in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport that requires a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay the airport tax and airport services fee
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons where visiting or entering is not permitted by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
